I named it That Ancestor because I AM that ancestor—a portal for the wisdom, pain, and power of those who came before me. I carry their lessons, their healing, their unfinished prayers—and I pass them through to you. Not everyone gets the call to wake up, to break cycles, to clear the path for those who come next. But if you’re here, you already know—you were never meant to stay asleep.

This space is not for the faint of heart. We go deep here. We talk about the things that burn—the self-abandonment you’ve normalized, the conditioning you didn’t realize was running your life, the way your ego fights to keep you small because it’s terrified of what happens when you finally step into your full power. We break apart burnout, emotional suppression, and the fear of being seen for who you truly are. And then we rebuild. From the body. From the soul. From the root.
